I bought them for my house when my nieces and nephews are away and they mind their own business and I can check on them and come over to them when they need help. some. We also just hide around the house or in the yard and talk to each other. Since they are still quite small children, they run out of batteries so quickly. I really wish they were rechargeable, but they're still a lot of fun.
