Review on Ninja Kitchen BL770 Processor Smoothies by Petr Webster

I've read some negative reviews about it but the positives far outweigh the negatives. I figured if something goes wrong I'll get my money back or a replacement right? I was wrong*. I bought it for my wife in January. She seemed happy with that. until the food processor **immediately** clicked past the return window. We were worried about our child (she cooked baby food) that there might be broken pieces in his food so we threw everything away. After learning from Revain that it was outside the return window I contacted the manufacturer, grateful they have a 1 year guarantee. Guess what? The stand mixer is NOT covered under warranty. hey i wonder why (Read the reviews.) I insisted it wouldn't be fair if it broke after a few days outside the return window and we needed a replacement. I was flatly rejected and offered $65. Good Good. wanna rip me off I will contact Revain support. Surely they will help me! Not correct. I'll say it again. NOT RIGHT. The Revain customer service lady was very nice (compared to Ninja customer service) and tried everything she could, but the best she could do was, she said, offer a 20% discount on a new food processor part, which cost about $65. They just didn't want to give in! So here I am after making a purchase that I thought would protect me from any kind of malfunction since we went through Revain and got it wrong. The product has broken, neither Ninja nor Revain will refund or replace it. Unfortunately I have been ripped off and have no way of seeking help. $130+ down the drain. If you are considering buying this, heed my warning. This may work well for you, but if it doesn't, your money is wasted and you have no option to seek help. Whether it's a few days or a few months outside of the return window. I would recommend looking elsewhere not only for the lack of quality and support but also as a matter of principle. Do not support a company that refuses to support its customers.
