I like them: New lighting

I love the way candles look indoors and now that LED candles look realistic enough, especially in a darkened room, I don't have to worry anymore expose the dangers of real flames. I don't have to remember to light them at dusk and blow them out before bed either, most flameless candles have a built in timer that turns them off at a set time. Of any type of candle, a tealight used in large quantities can be quite romantic, and these days I can buy them for a dollar or less, but I've recently gotten rid of almost all of mine because the cost of replacement batteries can be higher than the cost itself. The candle itself and those little hearing aid batteries only last a couple of nights. WHY I LOVE THESE The main reason they are far superior to most LED tealights is that they are rechargeable. And they make it so easy: you simply plug in the included octopus cord, a plug into the bottom of each bulb, and you're set for thirty hours of uninterrupted lighting. Since most people don't keep them running 24/7, you'll actually be charging them about once a week. Compared to changing the battery, it's easier than it sounds as there's nothing impossible to open the flap or need a tiny microscopic screwdriver, in fact nothing in the world opens at all. SAME BRIGHTNESS So many tealight sets contain at least one or two unexploded candles, and it's very rare that they all have the same brightness. Not here, they are all brightness tuned and each one works, in fact they all come pre-loaded and ready to go. I don't know who ever thought those membrane buttons were a good idea. The same applies to touch buttons. With them I can simply feel and press the right button even in the dark. And the remote control is laid out logically, which is a rarity in itself. VALUE This brand is relatively new and the price is not stable yet. From my information they were sold in sets for about two or three dollars a bulb. I would think it very reasonable. As soon as the final price is fixed again, I will no longer comment YES OR NO. There are small subtleties that set them apart. First, they have little feet that lift them up a bit, which is great for putting them on a Christmas garland or cotton snow if the surface is uneven. Second, they have a physical slide switch on the bottom that I can toggle on and off without looking at it. Overall I really like this set.
