The smallest size available was a 36 which is supposed to fit a 34 inch waist, which it does, but when I wear it tight it falls short. With a shirt and a t-shirt tucked in, I'm standing at the penultimate hole. I may not be able to carry this much longer if I lose the weight I aim to. Otherwise a very nice belt, especially for the price.
