Good for the price. The handle is easily replaceable as an aftermarket alternative. I went for a slightly smaller one-piece aluminum handle with a knurled side. The existing handle is made of plastic and is covered with aluminum or an aluminum-like material. The original grip works well enough, but the replacement feels sturdier. Works perfectly with Windows. Once connected, no problem, no software required. Truly plug and play and it stays outside of the audio path. Working with a Mac running Catalina seemed more unpredictable at first. Most of the time it worked just as well as it did on Windows, but sometimes it stopped working. Unplugging and plugging it back in did the trick until I tried plugging it into a USB hub with a good quality power adapter. It looks like the USB port I plugged it into didn't output enough current or provide enough stable power to keep it connected and working reliably. Maybe. Now that I've plugged it into a USB hub instead of the port on the back of the monitor, no problem. All in all a great product for Windows and Mac. happy customer
