The software makes it easy to track inventory levels at every stage of production, from raw ingredients to finished products. It also helps us monitor product quality throughout all stages of manufacturing. Some functions lack customization features that would be useful for our needs. Also, we do not have any access to the program's source code. I am able to keep track of supplies at each step of production (ingredient preparation, sterilization process). This lets me ensure that there are no shortages or problems with my supply chain. The ease of use, speed to deploy solutions across multiple platforms as well has outstanding customer service! We have been able solve challenges for our customers using HITACHI's products from VMS systems all way thru EMRs/EHR suites with their mobile apps too!! I would highly recommend this product over any other out there especially if you are looking at building your own system or just need some help getting going quickly.
