I was very skeptical about ordering remanufactured cartridges after a bad experience with another seller. However, I was impressed by how well they were packaged, just like the originals. I put them in my Canon MG-2920 printer as soon as I received them. I had to turn the printer off and on again, but other than that I had no problems. My printer read the cartridges as full and I didn't have to do a test print or flip them for them to work. They just did it. The printed pages look good so if they continue to work I will definitely buy from this seller again. The seller contacted me to make sure I received the item and if I'm satisfied I would say it's good customer service. They were FBA and took 10 days from order to receipt so keep that in mind if you need them now. Update: You've held me forever! I wish they were still available.
