The black top fell off and was lost after four uses. Now I can't save it in my phone

I bought this to replace a broken one and just kept it in my phone for a while and when I took it out, it only took about four uses in two weeks for the black top to fall off and get lost. I mean I can still use it but it will irritate my hand and I can't store it. So overall not the best option.
