These are really good running shoes and they look and feel comfortable. The design alone gives them a superior look but at an affordable price. Nevertheless, I ordered them a size up and they seem to be a few sizes larger. I'm not sure if I read the sizing correctly or if they're just too big, but they're definitely over a size. Regardless, they're good enough to take if they fit. Velcro also makes it easier for children who are not quite good at tying. In general, these are worthy. A little stiff but you can tell they loosen up the more you wear them. Honestly I would order them again or in other colors if available. I don't expect them to last more than 6 months once they finally get used to them, but it really is no different than any other shoe my child wears for everyday use.
