Overall this is a great towbar accessory. Solid shaft and can be oriented in any direction. Shackle will hide from everything. The color and finish look good and should hold up. The only drawback is the black plastic bracket protection. It takes about 5 seconds if this is used every time. That is, if it simply doesn't fall over on the way. Damn, maybe it should be removed? Either way, this is a great recovery accessory at a great price.
