Review on 📱 InvisibleShield Glass Screen Protector for Apple iPad Pro 12.9 - Compatible with 1st and 2nd gen only by Mar Pacora

My review is for the HDX screen for my 12.9 inch iPad Pro. Let me upfront by saying that I watched Zagg's video of the app before trying it out and it seemed pretty easy to me. I also read the review to register my product FIRST in case you need a replacement so I moved on. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the "spray" shown in the video was not valid; They no longer ship fingertip and screen spray. Instead, you get a wet wipe, a cloth, and a squeegee. I went even further and before I applied for missing spray I called Zagg customer service and asked them to walk me through it. The screen has two tabs on each side. and yellow layer. Customer service said to remove tab 1 and then place sticky side down using the yellow layer for easier placement. I carefully removed the tab because other users said it ripped. The sticky side was removed from the yellow proactive barrier, which made dust and dirt instantly cling to the sticky surface (rendering the yellow guide unusable as I couldn't even use it) (at least I didn't tear anything). Needless to say I called Zagg and when I told this lady I needed a replacement under warranty and that I got it from Revain she emphatically told me no. I then explained that I had previously registered my product and that Revain was an option upon registration. She then allowed me to provide a replacement. After thinking for a few minutes I decided that when the replacement came I would take it to my phone repair shop because they fixed my iPhone and added a free screen protector that looks pristine. To add to my insanity, I called Zagg again and switched to the glass screen. I really like Zagg as my iPhone's screen is excellent, but I deducted a star due to the complexity of the application.
