With your excellent product description I was so excited to receive it in the mail. My very first juicing experience was washing, sorting, slicing and serving veggies and fruit so hard, only to find that this cheap plastic juice jug became detached from the spout that the juice comes out of with use due to the appliance breaking during the... juicing slightly vibrated. All this work! and the juice was on the counter, under the juicer, and under the jug. I didn't notice this because the block is large, the pitcher and block seemed firmly in place even when they weren't. It just takes some space and all your hard work can end up on the counter because that's what happened to me. To be honest I was furious because it took so much work to get juice. I expected more from this company especially for the price they charge. I forgot how much I paid but I know it was more than $100. On my next juicing experience, I taped the jug to the base of the device to keep them from vibrating apart again. I almost returned this machine but I wanted to keep juicing and this thing is already on my counter. I take all the unnecessary pulp (and there's a lot of it) and put it in my blender to make thicker pulp juices like I did before purchasing this item. For the larger pieces (and there were plenty no matter how slowly I fed the veggies and fruit), I saved the larger pieces to put in the spring rolls. Once I've secured the jug and collected all the juice, it really makes a delicious thin juice. . I've read that with less processing time we get more micronutrients, but to be honest I got good nutrients and saw better health too. This juicer is good for me because the blends are very light and tasty. My blender does not produce this quality of juice. I hope this review helps.
