I tried another version of this product (same brand Mother's Shea) and it didn't work for me. This shea butter is way better. Now it's raw, on its own, but not so refined that it's lost all the properties of raw shea butter. The smell is exactly what I expect from raw shea butter. It is smooth in the glass and not melted during transport. It comes with a paper lid to hold the product in case it melts before it arrives. It moisturizes my skin very well and absorbs quickly, leaving me soft but not greasy. Because it is an oil, it takes longer to apply than a lotion or cream. Evgeniya produces 4 different types of shea butter with different compositions. Below are the details of the formulations so you can make the best choice for yourself. 1.) I believe shea butter is either 2% more or 2% more shea butter than advertised.
