Oversized bag. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures which is ok as I have always stuffed library books, water bottles, spare clothes and all sorts of stuff into my diaper bag. But there are no inner pockets. While it does have relatively shallow pockets around the inner bottom, they are only about 1/2 the length of the diaper so diapers don't stay inside. And there is no inner zip pocket, that's the only thing that really bothers me. me. Also, I never had to use the freezer bag that came with it as it fell off when I took it out of the freezer and broke. Storage. It would get 5 stars if it had a bottle pocket on the outside and a zip pocket on the inside.
