Hides what I want it to hid

I'm almost 46 and not flat in the tummy as I used to be. I ordered this hoping the ruffles would distract and avert from my midsection without making me look ridiculous. I am happy with the fit. I feel less self conscious about being in a bathing suit.

I ordered based on the size chart and it was too big. The size chart said I should get an XL. I was skeptical but ordered it and it was too big. I returned it and ordered a L in a different color. I still think it''s a bit big in places but I think a M would be too small/tight overall.
