This converter has one major advantage over all of its competitors - the device itself has a small compartment where you can store plug adapters. With every other device I've had besides this one, I've had to store the small plugs elsewhere, which isn't as good as storing them in the device itself. The device is a little clunky because it's a big box with two cords at each end - meaning the converter box dangles and dangles. Other designs try to adapt everything to the lighter end of the fork, but this can create problems of its own. You would think this design would have a small, minimalist plug end since it has a large box instead. Unfortunately that's not the case, the end of the lighter is actually quite long, with a red LED and another half inch of plastic behind it. Strange. I'm happy with the device and it has a 7.5v setting which some other devices don't have.
