My cat digs so I thought he'd take it right away! However, it's too soft underneath so the pillow is uneven and then wobbles on the floor as he tries to lie down. This doesn't convey a sense of reliable support, so he doesn't use it. It's also thicker in the middle than the edges, so I imagine if it were to lie down it would be forced to snuggle up to the edges instead of snuggling up to the middle. If I could take some of the padding away it might work better. However, the quality of the material and stitching is very high. I will look for another manufacturer from this manufacturer.
