I love how easy it was to build my chatbot. The training program is very helpful with examples of what you can do. Sometimes when I have questions about something that's not working, there isn't anyone around to help. It would be great if they had more people on staff who could answer questions like that. When I first started using Manybot, I thought it was going to take me forever to get use to building chatbots. But once I got over that initial hump, I realized that it wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be. Building a chatbot has never been easier! We are able to interact with our customers in ways we didn't think possible before.
