Review on BITIWEND by Kyle Ahmed

Despite BITIWEND's assurances that they have the experience and knowledge to do the work right, I've had a bad recent encounter with them that makes me doubt their claims. As a professional contractor, I was dissatisfied with BITIWEND's customer service because of the lack of assistance and direction I got. The representative I spoke with when I called about a particular tool seemed to know very little about the entire product line and was unable to answer my questions. As a result, I was annoyed and skeptical of my buy. The website's layout was confusing, and the provided product information was often inadequate. So I wasted more time than I should have comparing prices and investigating products elsewhere online. For the most part, I found BITIWEND to be unimpressive and lacking in the specialized information they advertise. Unfortunately, BITIWEND did not live up to my expectations as a professional contractor in need of a reliable business to provide the support and guidance I required to successfully complete my projects.
