Exactly what I was looking for
They are comfortable, easy to attach to earring hooks but firm enough to stay on my dangling earrings. They're small, which is great as it makes them less noticeable. I ordered a 1k pack and it came with the little plastic case shown in the photo. I saw a few reviews from people saying they got less than they ordered so I got curious and counted mine I got exactly 1011 so I actually got some extras. This is exactly what I was looking for.
