I like how easy it was to train my customer service representatives on this product. The system is very intuitive. It is also easy for them to access from their mobile devices. This program has made our organization more efficient by allowing us to better track each of our customers' interactions with our organization. We are able to improve the overall customer experience and better serve our customers. I dislike that there isn't an option for a user to log in through a web browser. Sometimes, when they go to access the program, they cannot get into the system if the computer is not logged in to the internet. We have been able to increase efficiency and speed of our customer support department through the use of this program.
