I bought this on a lightning deal thinking it might reduce the number of charging stations for my Switch. However, when I received the item, I found that not only did it not charge the 4 Joy-Cons as shown in each photo, but it didn't even hold them properly. It says on the box that it has 2 Joy-Cons and 2 Online Switch controllers (I don't even know what those are!). If you try to put Joy-Cons in the middle of 2 slots, just flip them over. And FYI, top mount pro controller charging docks don't work with 3rd party controllers (I have Beboncool controllers which work great btw). The assembly was very easy, the product is solid but it doesn't meet our needs (and the description and photos are clearly misleading) so I'm sending it back immediately.
