My interactions with this company, on the other hand, have been nothing but a huge disappointment. To begin, there is a lot of unnecessary content on the page, making it difficult to navigate. Second, the costs are significantly higher compared to those of other renowned online gaming retailers. It came as a complete surprise to me when I saw that other websites sold the exact same product that I had bought from BeswinVR at a far lesser price. Thirdly, the quality of the customer assistance is quite poor. After making several attempts to contact them about a problem with my order, I was dealt with comments that were both unhelpful and nasty. It was abundantly evident that they had no interest in resolving the problem I was having. In general, I do not advocate shopping through the online store run by BeswinVR. It is a frustrating and unsatisfying purchasing experience because the website has a terrible design, the prices are exorbitant, and the customer service is unhelpful. You can save both money and time if you buy somewhere else.
