Update: After using them several times a week for about 5 months they stopped working one day. I treated her very well. They charge. and sometimes it says they are connected but the pc either doesn't show the device or shows a limited "voice" device (detects only microphones, no speakers). Tried reset and everything. I really liked them while they worked, but I don't recommend them when they last that long. Previous 5 Star Rating: I had no issues with connectivity, charging, or sound quality (unlike other affordable Bluetooth headphones I've tried from other brands). I've found them to be starting to slip out of my ears (compared to the wired K1 earbuds I use), but I don't know if that's because they don't have an ear hook or if it's just a matter of finding them is. The right size rubber tip for each ear. There are no complaints about this purchase. Sound quality is excellent, pairing (even with Windows, which is notoriously difficult) was a breeze.
