Review on SailPlay Loyalty by Jeff Sorensen

It's very easy to use because of its intuitive UI design that makes it easier for new users as well! The support team always responds quickly when we have any questions or problems with our setup & implementation process - even after hours/days later!! Nothing at this time but I would say if they could make some minor changes (like adding more filters etc.) then there are few other things which needs improvement like :- 1) Some screens might need little bit customization2). Sometimes their email templates look really messy3.). Could be better about explaining how data analysis happens during integration4)). More information should also available online5), Support tickets open till midnight 6th May 20197.), No specific dislike here8)), We don't know yet9)) For us all above mentioned issues were solved by them10));.
