Decorative on my review.
It is pretty. I placed it on a red hassock and put holiday decorations in it, so it is not being used to carry glasses or plates, but if I wanted to use it to serve it would be perfect for that use too. It is too small to take more than one dinner sized plate of food to guests. It would easily hold one dinner plate or two saucers, one or two glasses, and silverware.
- I love although it’s slightly on the heavier side.
- The tray may be a choking hazard for small children
