Lame product and terrible quality.
I ordered headphones for a friend because he had seen me wearing them and wanted the same ones. When the headphones arrived, they were made of low-quality plastic, and there was no bass like there was on my headphones. The company offered me a refund, but after 10 days, I contacted customer support because the money had not yet been returned to me. They informed me that the seller had refused to return the headphones, and they said that this was most likely because the consultant had torn the box while inspecting the returned goods.
