Review on High Plains RMS by Trevor Rodke

I like that it's easy enough if you need help from someone who knows what they are doing (I'm not). It can be difficult at times when things go wrong or don't work as expected - but this could just me being impatient! But all in good time :) If people want something simple then look elsewhere because there really isn’t anything else out here worth looking into unless money doesn't matter too much ;) We use HP Rms so we have been able keep our records up-to date across multiple locations & different staff members without any issues which was great! I like that you can customize it so much. It's very easy to use but I do think they could add some more features. There are not many ways to customize it as far as what you want to add or remove. I would say it's worth looking into if you have any issues with other RMS systems. We needed one that was customizable and had all of our departments in one place. It has made everything easier for us.
