Ergonomics and design (the phone is pleasant and CONVENIENT to hold in your hand, does not fly out) 4. iOS smartness 5. Sound from the speakers (loud, surround, high-quality) 6. ICloud 7. Standby time Has some cons: 1. Price 2. Screen size 3. AppStore policy (no apps to watch TV shows, movies, etc. for free)
