I dreamed about this coat but I didn't buy it because it didn't have measurements. I don't have a computer and it was a bit difficult to find accurate information online. I finally found another third party site with a size chart, but that was a long way off (said XS fits a 32-33 inch chest). The skin is thick and unyielding when you first get it. The zipper is big, strong and slides well. The grain of the leather is a bit cheap, but the price is the same and it's designed more for durability and protection than looks. but therein lies the danger of buying animal products. I bought some mink oil and skin lotion and threw it in the dryer with some tennis balls to break it down. Measurements below are for XS but please note. They are approximately and after a little dryer: Shoulders: 14.5 inches across Body: 17.5 inches across Length: 20 inches from shoulder Sleeves: 22.5 inches from shoulder Lots of extra stuff to move around. However, it also adds volume. ior's XS/Women's XXS and it fits plus sizes. The standout feature of the fit is that the shoulders are nice and narrow so it doesn't look like you stole your old uncle's leather goods. In real life it looks a lot more boxy than the slightly fitted jacket shown in the photo. Personally, the coat's body is wider than the shoulders. I've read that soaking in hot water and tumble drying inside the pillowcase will help with shrinkage. The quality of the leather and the price I paid is such that I feel it was worth the risk. If you plan on downsizing your jacket, make sure it's treated with saddle soap and mink oil and weatherproofed, then soak it in hot water. water and dry in the washing machine. Condition again after tumbling and allow to air dry (I've been told that wearing it while it dries will help it conform to your shape)
