Excellent tool for keeping track of social media presence
I like that its very customizable so we can make it fit our needs as much or little as needed! We have noticed an improvement in our sales team's performance since implementing this app into their daily work flow.
Also using it to track client issues (customer service) has improved my teams' ability to provide exceptional customer service. Not really anything at this point but if you are looking for a tool to help improve your efficiency and productivity while working online then this should be on your list. The benefits include improving the quality of life of those who use social media for business purposes by providing them with tools that will enable them to utilize Social Media to their advantage.
