Oh! They take some getting used to, but definitely not as painful as other methods. Personally I can't wax because my skin is too sensitive and gets red and ends up with a mustache rash - not fun if you are, I promise. I had to watch a few YouTube videos before I figured out what I was doing wrong. There are no instructions, so be prepared! But reading what everyone else is instructing in the reviews, I recommend watching the YouTube tutorial. Serious. If you can see it during the explanations it all makes a lot more sense. does its job without reddening irritated skin. I would give five stars but one of the five broke. To be honest I feel like I could just get one and use it for the most part. je. lol if you are interested in this and want to know if it works, it works. It's cheap and worth the money, I'm glad I bought mine!
