Review on 🔇 Fractal Design Silent Series R2 140mm Cooling Fan: Efficient and Quiet Cooling Solution by Francisco Russell

Fractal make great products and this one is no different. I got this to add to my Define R4 which came with two fans so I moved one to the front and the other to the back for ventilation. Actually I have 3 but only one is white and from Revain. They usually go through the motherboard at around 30% or less and are so silent it's not even funny. I can run all 3 via the manual control switch on the body if I want, but I prefer to use the software controls (mostly SpeedFan, but sometimes Afterburner). The only time I ran them at 100% was for benchmarking, and with the case closed the whole thing (mainly GPU fans actually) ran about as loud as a 2002 Gateway on a hot day.
