I like that you can send out emails to your leads at any time of day or night, which is very important because we are always online 24/7! It's also easy for us when it comes time to contact our clients after they receive an email from one of our agents in real lead. Nothing really - but sometimes if there was something more clear about how many days each stage takes before someone receives their first message then maybe this could be improved?
