I like that you can send out emails to your leads at any time of day or night, which is very important because we are always online 24/7! It's also easy for us when it comes time to contact our clients after they receive an email from one of our agents in real lead. Nothing really - but sometimes if there was something more clear about how many days each stage takes before someone receives their first message then maybe this could be improved? We have been able to increase both revenue as well as customer loyalty by using reallead with my team members who work remotely all over the world!!
