Over the past year I've been throwing away plastic and buying beautiful reusable (and washable) glassware. It's beautifully made. Before purchasing, I was concerned about the small hole around the lid latches, size and leakage. After using the container for 1 week, 5 allowed me to cook food for a week (PLUS). Even after putting them in the dishwasher (PLUS), the lids fit perfectly. The seal dangles a little in the groove (minus), I would have liked it to be a little tighter in the hole. But the seal is tight to keep food out (PLUS) and removable (PLUS) so it can be cleaned. . This is the tallest (PLUS) divided glass container I've found in 4+ hours of searching Amazon, giving the compartments a ton of room (PLUS). Containers are heavier than plastic, but that's to be expected with good quality glass. Super glad I made this purchase.
