Review on Adjustable Pressure Extended Renovating Compartment by Troy Robinson

I bought these gas struts to offset the weight of the attic door in my workshop. In fact, this is the second pair I've bought as the first ones were too strong (100lbs of pressure) for this application. So I figured that adjustable stays would solve this problem and it did for a short while as I was able to achieve my balance goal. After a few hours the strut ran out of gas and I also found that the strut was too long for my application. I'm pretty sure I didn't follow the setup protocol. So here we come in part EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I emailed the seller and received a response within 12 hours over the bank holiday weekend! The customer service representative (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to use her name in this review) agreed to send me a new set of racks without asking, but she went above and beyond the call of duty here. She inquired about the details of my application and recommended a way to properly measure the force required to solve my problem. She then said that she would use my information to recommend and send me a suitable set of spacers. She even asked me to contact them when they arrive to make sure they are installed correctly and are actually doing what I want. Now it's customer service! Judging by the design and construction of the shelves I have no doubt that this is a quality product but the customer service from this company is truly rare and outstanding. I would recommend Arana gas springs to anyone who needs them. To the woman who helped me, I hope her boss reads this review and recognizes what it means to the company. I will update my review with photos when the new racks are received and installed. Thank you Arana!
