Great taste (only tasted chocolate), easy to mix with protein (water or almond milk) post workout. Excellent results in the gym. I am struggling to build muscle and this has already shown some results in my exercises. I started with 1 scoop a day to see if it would upset my stomach or make me bloated, so far so good. It's interesting to see what the scale says at the end of this container. I see weight gain in the gym so I'm happy already. Update: After almost finishing my first dip in Almond Milk with just 1 scoop a day, I gained 3 pounds, which is exactly where I wanted to be. The body fat percentage remains at 15%.
