I have been using natural coconut oil for my hair and beauty needs for years and was excited to find these softgels for convenient daily intake. My analysis of this product showed that it provides the same great benefits for hair, skin and metabolism. It`s wonderful to have all the amazing benefits of coconut oil in a convenient pill form.The only con is the slightly strong coconut smell from the softgels. Nonetheless, it's worth it for the beauty benefits!
