Alright, i'm going to spend the time here and write a review as this rating system really doesn't narrow down the important things.I agree, this company has good customer service. They reached out to me to see what they could do to rectify the issue i had. So with that being said, i give them 5 stars.As for the fit of the product and the material i give the 2 stars. I followed their chart and it was still too large. The product doesn't really look like the pictures.maybe if it was the right size it would. Also, the material is super thick.almost like a diving suit. I know there are other products out there that aren't as thick and still produce the "sauna" and "slimming" effect. I want to wear one under my clothes and it look like i'm NOT wearing one underneath my clothes.
