We originally bought our furniture cover and ensure it had 4 corner straps so it could be tied down or secured. During the first year, this product worked fantastic. Unfortunately, during a bad storm, it got ripped and I had started the process to get a warranty replacement as it is covered for 3 years. When I received my replacement, it was almost the same product. What they sent me was a slightly modified version indicating that the style I purchased a year prior was discontinued and the model they currently have does not have the 4 corner straps. They also said that if I wanted the 4 corner straps, that I would have to pay for the upgrade. My grievance with coverstore is that they are not honoring their warranty by providing me with the same product I received with the 4 straps which are most important for my use case. After 2 subsequent attempts to receive a proper replacement, I've given up only to be told that there is nothing they can do. They even offered to send me clips but I have not received those. If you are buying this product for their warranty, think again.
