Not worth the money

I would give no star but then I can't give this review! I'm not sure why there are positive reviews for this product. Small paper with instructions when I received it and charged it overnight. I tried turning it on and nothing happened. Then I put it in water and nothing. Cannot return as I have already used the item. Don't waste money on it!
