Also, the pastes I had before couldn't be color-matched, so I had to make lots of icing, paint everything, and then finish off with an excess if I overestimated. With this product I count the drops that went into a batch and if I run out of icing I can make an identical batch. If I don't need extra frosting, I don't have to make it. That alone is worth it, not to mention the hundreds of possible color combinations.
