The in-ear headphones never lasted long -

Bought for a family member to hear better while working and on the phone. He said the earbud on one side came out after a month of use, if at all. Then, since I bought it, I thought I'd take a look at the supposed warranty that it came with. And what a joke, first of all the website won't let me register my product for the warranty so I emailed their support team only to get an email back to me saying there wasn't one such email there I tried to send! WHAT A RIP!
