I was further annoyed, I cannot list them on this occasion. I've just had this set delivered and am considering returning it without unpacking. I bought these to replace a set of "green pans" that are discolored and cooking horribly. They also warn against using cooking sprays and cooking over medium-low heat. If that information had been in the description, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. I need pans that can handle some heat (ever heard of Rachel's scalds?!) and don't require a lot of drippings. I think I need to look for pans that can handle splatter and heat.
