If you're fit, you'll look great in this shirt. I use it for hiking and find it cooler than a cotton shirt. The main problem with synthetic shirts is that they retain body odor wash after wash. The secret is to add half a cup of baking soda to the wash. Use the detergent as usual, but add baking soda. All the stench is gone. The sleeves are quite tight when rolled up, but if you open the two buttons on the sleeve, the cuff and the button on the sleeve a little, you get a lot more room to move. It's still tighter than most shirt sleeves, but it helps. I plan to buy more of these t-shirts. Great deal at $30.
