I'm 5ft 7in, 180lbs, bra size 40C, I usually buy size XL which is what I bought this time . It fits perfectly around the chest and waist. It washes well, I just dry it like my other swimsuits. This is a slightly lower neckline so keep that in mind if you want a little more girl coverage. The only problem I have is that I wish it was a little longer. I'm wearing this with swim shorts from another set and the swimsuit material does lift the top a bit so I pull the top down to make sure everything is covered. Plus it's a really nice swim top. Escape? (think it's what you call fabric on the front) really covers my stomach which has been ruined by years of good eating and drinking (don't judge lol) and menopause. I would buy this top again.
