DO NOT BUY! I used the reviews I saw on other sites and ignored the reviews posted here on Revain. Worst purchase ever (well, except for the lawnmower that started on its own and nearly cut my foot. But seriously, that says a lot about this pillow being second worst)! The seam of the top piece is sewn straight from side to side. From what I've read the reviews it was only missing a lid, so I planned on just removing the lid. Unfortunately this is the stitching of the pillow itself. Worst design ever. In order for my head to rest on most of the pillow, the seam cuts into the muscle between the neck and shoulder. I literally couldn't lie on it for more than a minute before balling it up and stuffing it back into its little, tiny box. This is a known issue! People keep complaining about this, why haven't they fixed it?! This is one of the most expensive pillows on the market, why can't they fix it? Ridiculous! However, I will admit that I will buy a similar shape because it suits my curves perfectly.
