The quality of the leather was good; However,

Good quality leather; However, the replacement strap actually had a terrible smell. There was no typical leather smell. In fact, it smelled like animal feces. It reminded me of a visit to my grandfather's pig farm - it was SO BAD! Serious! I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the smell. Smell aside, this was a quality replacement strap for my bag.
