I made a conscious decision to purchase this specific model. While I don't typically listen to music while wearing headphones, there are times when it's necessary to do so. For example, when I'm on a train, airplane, or subway. I find that I use them most frequently as a headset because the quality of the microphone is acceptable in that configuration. In this respect, the fact that they are constructed with "earbuds" rather than "gags" is a significant advantage because it enables the user to remain aware of their surroundings even while the headphones are in their ears. While the headset is in headset mode, I typically only utilize one "ear." They are simple to use and fit comfortably in the ear, but after wearing them for a while, some discomfort may set in. This may be due to the fact that the ears become physically fatigued, but I have had this experience with other earbuds and headsets as well. The sound is really good; both the quality and the volume are satisfactory, particularly for Apple music or iTunes radio. It is true that the battery does not indicate that it has a long lifespan; however, it is capable of functioning in the standby mode with telephone conversations for a couple of days. If you listen to music at a volume that is reasonable for the environment, then it will function for the amount of time that is stated, which is several hours.
