I love how easy it is to use! The customer service team has been awesome - they helped me through our launch period as well as now during our growth phase. They're also very open about what's working for them (and not). As other reviewers have mentioned, we had some initial concerns around using an outside vendor vs internal resources; however after having this conversation internally at XO Communications, everyone agreed it was worth going forward while still keeping any issues or feedback coming from us first-hand. This process allowed us to quickly resolve potential "gotchas" which could otherwise be costly down the road if left unaddressed early enough. We realized almost immediately how much more effective/efficient things were when doing so.
